Job Summary

Powder Cote II in Clinton, Tennessee is hiring a full-time Production Associate Clinton TN to support our fast-paced automotive coating and manufacturing operations. In this role, you will help prepare, hang, move, and pack parts on our e-coat and powder-coat production lines to ensure accurate workflow and top-quality finishing.

Schedule: Full-time, 8-hour shifts, Monday–Friday, with occasional Saturday shifts as needed

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, hang, move, and pack parts for painting and shipping processes.
  • Follow written work instructions, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and quality guidelines to ensure top-quality products for the automotive, construction, and agricultural industries.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors, reporting issues, concerns, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Perform physical tasks including standing, bending, lifting, and twisting for 8-hour shifts (some parts weigh 25–50 lbs and require repetitive handling).
  • Work efficiently both independently and as part of a production team to meet daily schedules and throughput goals.
  • Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow all safety policies.
