Maintenance Technician Clinton, TN Position Summary

The Maintenance Technician on 2nd Shift in Clinton, TN, is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing manufacturing equipment to ensure safe and efficient production operations.

This role requires strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and repair compressors, motors, HVAC systems, and industrial controls as a skilled maintenance technician.
  • Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime
  • Diagnose mechanical breakdowns and implement corrective solutions
  • Conduct inspections and safety checks
  • Operate shop tools, including drills, grinders, welders, hydraulic presses, and impact tools
  • Communicate maintenance updates with supervisors and team members
  • Follow OSHA guidelines and company safety procedures

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of industrial maintenance experience preferred for technician candidates
  • Strong mechanical troubleshooting ability
  • Experience working with industrial equipment and hand tools
  • Ability to lift, bend, climb, and stand for extended periods
