Job Description: Production Associate

Position Summary

The Production Associate plays a vital role in the efficient operation of our fast-paced production line. This position is responsible for preparing, hanging, and packing parts for painting and shipping, ensuring that each product meets our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. The role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team. By following detailed procedures and maintaining effective communication, you will contribute to the success of our production processes for the automotive, construction, and agricultural industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, hang, and/or pack parts for painting and shipping processes.
  • Follow work instructions and detailed procedures to ensure top-quality products for the automotive, construction, and agricultural industries.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, addressing opportunities, concerns, or problems, and assist in uncovering improvement opportunities.
  • Perform physical tasks, including standing, bending, lifting, and twisting for 8-hour shifts (some parts weigh 25-40 lbs and require repetitive handling).
  • Work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

  • Dependable and punctual, with a strong work ethic.
  • People-oriented and enjoys working in a collaborative team setting.
  • Fluent in English (Spanish proficiency is a plus).
  • Ability to follow instructions and maintain quality standards in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Must have reliable transportation.

Work Environment

  • Located inside a warehouse/production facility in Clinton, TN (Anderson County).
  • Comfortable work attire and closed-toed shoes or boots required.
  • COVID-19 precautions in place, including personal protective equipment, sanitizing, disinfecting, temperature screening, and cleaning procedures.

Schedule

  • Full-time position with an 8-hour shift.
  • Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday shifts as needed.
